Annex Remodeling, LLC is a Kenmore-based remodeling company specializing in home renovation/remodeling and home additions.
Annex Remodeling is owned and managed by Jon Sveinsson. Jon’s roots go back to Iceland where he grew up and completed his apprenticeship in carpentry. Under the guidance of master craftsman’s empathizing Scandinavian craftsmanship, he set out to become the master craftsman he is today. Jon has over 30 years in the construction and remodeling industry and has completed projects in Iceland, Denmark, Norway and the United States.
